Adulis Travel Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on Adulis travel.com. This Agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Adulis travel.

By becoming an Adulis Travel.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates to it. Adulis Travel has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Adulis Travel encourages you to print out a copy of this Agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

Your Eligibility

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use Adulis travel.com only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Responsibility

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product. Still, not limited to the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

Once you have completed your reservation, the customer’s responsibility is to keep all contact information up-to-date.

Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket

  1. Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee seat availability.
  2. Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation’s confirmation.
  3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after confirming your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour. Tour details and contact information will be included in your E-Tickets for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
  4. print out your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure.
Privacy and Data Collection

Adulistravel.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information with any outside parties except as outlined in this policy. Adulistravel.com collects information from our users at several points on our website to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card.

Adulistravel.com also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password remain confidential, and you should not share this information with anyone. Adulis travel’s information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy. Adulis travel’s Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement. You agree that the use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

Travel Insurance

Adulis travel strongly recommends that our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, baggage, etc. Adulis travel does not currently offer any travel arrangements. Adulis travel shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

Settlements will ensue by rules set by airlines, hotels etc. You agree that Adulis travel will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of the information contained in this site. You hereby expressively waive any such claim against Adulis travel and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.

Tour Amendments and Cancellation

Adulis Travel will try its best to ensure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments, including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.


Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable the operation of the tours. You are responsible for informing us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ concerning travellers’ citizenship. Adulis travel cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements in any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred due to delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

 It would be best if you strictly abode by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. Adulis travel will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any government regulations of the visiting country.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. If the Company has incurred most of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

30 – 15 days before departure – 0% of tour cost *

7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost *

6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost *

All cancellations must be in writing and made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or portion of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to Adulis Travel about your reason for leaving the tour.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel

Suppose you have a medical condition or are pregnant and considering travel. In that case, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if the medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Adulis travel or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care if such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend purchasing medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

Disabilities and Travel

We embrace all people, regardless of colour or physical condition. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations.

You are responsible for verifying with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangements can be made if it is required for your needs. Adulis travel or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during trip or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your particular needs. You also have the responsibility to reconfirm with us. After we reserve seats for you, special accommodation will be provided as you requested.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Adulis travel uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. The user’s responsibility is to verify any information before relying on it.

We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to and use of this website and the content is at the user’s risk. We have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience in certain instances. Adulis travel does not maintain or control these sites, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.

Suppose your contact information, including but not limited to your email address, phone number, physical address or other data, is incorrect. In that case, Adulis travel will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
